Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage has promoted Denise Kinney to senior vice president, general manager.

Kinney is the only senior vice president on the firm's management team and reports directly to Tim Milam, president of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, according to a news release from the real estate company in New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender and Onslow counties.

"Denise is a dynamic leader and has the operational expertise and industry knowledge to lead the day-to-day operations of Sea Coast Advantage," Milam said in the release. "She plays an integral role in guiding our firm’s continued growth and success in Southeastern North Carolina. And having Denise in this role gives me the opportunity to focus on long-term, big-idea initiatives that will continue to differentiate us from our competitors and ensure that we continue to hold the No. 1 position in the market, just as we’ve done for the past 18 consecutive years."

She previously served Coldwell Banker Sea Coast as vice president, general manager. Kinney received her real estate license in 2001 and joined Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage in 2008.

"I am honored by this promotion and the opportunity to work with such an extraordinary team," Kinney said in the release.
