Home Builders Association Announces New Officers, Board Members

The Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association (WCFHBA) recently announced its new board lineup and the installation of its new officers.
 
The WCFHBA's new president is Heath Clark of Bill Clark Homes. The new president, along with the N.C. Home Builders Association Region One vice president Hiram Williams, announced the induction of the new 2016 officers for the association.
 
The new individuals took office on Jan. 1, and - in addition to Clark - they are:

1st vice president: Deans Hackney, Horizon Homes
2nd vice president: Dave Spetrino, Plantation Building Corp.
Secretary: John Lancaster, Venture Homes of Coastal Carolina
Treasurer: Jordy Rawl, Stevens Fine Homes
Past president’s council: Craig Johnson, Herrington Classic Homes
Past president: Shawn Horton, Trusst Builder Group
Executive officer: Cameron Moore, WCFHBA

Members of WCFHBA's board for 2016 are: Dean Hardison, Hardison Building; Howard Penton, Penton Construction; Steve Swain, Coastal Cypress Building Company; Mark Johnson, Mark Johnson Custom Homes; Jeff Hilton, Southern Home Builders; Brian Eckel, Cape Fear Commercial; Tim Milam, Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage; Cathy Pleasant, Piedmont Natural Gas; Emily Longley, Longley Supply; Ken Dull, McKinley Building; Jim Cushing, EW Godwin’s Sons; Randy Johnson, Builders First Source; Lisa Mesler, PNC Mortgage; Jim Moore, James E. Moore Insurance; Jeff Stokley, Stokley Development Corp.; Rodney Harris, Hanover Building; David Thomas, DP Thomas Construction; Hiram Williams, Action Construction; Brad Whitlow, Yadkin Bank; David Smith, David Smith Builder; and JC Hearne, White & Hearne.
 
The WCFHBA is the largest trade association in eastern North Carolina, and serves to advance professionalism and promote community involvement for the building and development industries, according to the release.
